Rule 22 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 22: The respondent shall pay the following sums to the claimant:[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent and the respondent shall pay to the claimant compensation therefor in the sum of EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND NINETY SEVEN POUNDS FIFTY NINE PENCE (£8,497.59), comprising a basic award of £1,931.25, a compensatory award of £5,841.01 (for past loss of £3,516.87 and future loss for 6 months £2,324.14), pension loss of £225.33 and loss of statutory rights of £500.00).[2]The claims against the parties which had been included as second and third respondents are dismissed (those parties being Amani Plastics Limited and TDL UK Network Limited respectively).
