The claim for Unfair Dismissal is struck out under rule 38 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 on the grounds that it has no reasonable prospect of success in terms of rule 38(1)(a) as the claimant does not have the required two years' continuous service to make such a claim.REASONS
