[1]The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 16 June 2025 alleging she had been unfairly (constructively) dismissed.[2]The respondents did not enter a Response.[3]An Employment Judge directed the case be listed for hearing because there was an issue regarding the correct identity of the employer in circumstances where the claimant worked for a Golf Club and the respondents identified on the claim form were part of the management committee of the Club.[4]The claimant and her representative did not appear for the hearing. There was no explanation for the failure of the claimant and her representative to attend the hearing and in the circumstances the
