JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for a compensation payment in respect of accrued but untaken annual leave (holiday pay) is dismissed.[2]It is declared that the respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages in respect of a commission payment properly payable to her in March 2025. The respondent shall pay compensation to the claimant in the gross sum of £50 (fifty pounds).[3]Reasons having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless they were asked for at the hearing or are requested in writing within 14 days of the date of this judgment being sent to the parties. 15 December 2025
