Rule 22 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 22:[1]The claimant is awarded the gross sum of £8.975.00 in respect of his complaints relating to unpaid wages, holiday pay, bonus, tips and failure to provide written particulars of employment, which the respondent is ordered to pay net of any lawful and appropriate deductions. 06 August 2025
