[1]That under Rule 35 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2024, the respondent Gerard Gallagher be amended and substituted by Promoting Inclusion Through Sport CIC[2]The claimant’s claim of unlawful deductions of wages is successful and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £2,400 in outstanding wages.[3]An Oral Judgment with reasons was delivered to the parties at the hearing and accordingly no written reasons are attached to the note.
