No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £530.33. The sum awarded is expressed gross of tax and National Insurance. It is for the respondent to make any deductions lawfully required and to account to HMRC for any tax and National Insurance due on the sums, if applicable.[2]The hearing listed on 8 November 2024 is cancelled.
