JUDGMENT
[1]In terms of rule 62, rule 30 and rule 35, and on the joint application of the claimant and the first respondent, of consent, the Employment Tribunal orders as follows:[2]The claim is amended to add the Chief Constable of Police Scotland, as an additional respondent.[3]The claim will be served on the Chief Constable of Police Scotland Headquarters, Tulliallan Castle, Kincardine, FK10 4BE as a respondent in this claim.[4]The claim against Mr B Brizzell having been withdrawn, is dismissed.[5]Following receipt of an ET3 defence from the Chief Constable, this claim will be listed for a continued preliminary hearing in chambers to determine the identity of the correct respondent(s).
