[1]The claim of automatically unfair dismissal under Section 103A of the Employment Rights act 1996 ( the ERA ) succeeds and the respondents are ordered to pay the claimant a monetary award of £38,210;[2]The claim of having suffered a detriment under 48 of the ERA succeeds and the respondents are ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £15,000 in respect 25 of the loss suffered by him;[3]The respondents are in breach of the claimant’s contract of employment, and are ordered to pay the claimant damages of £200.REASONS
