JUDGMENT
No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages in the months of February 2024 (£120) and March 2024 (£960) and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1080 (gross).[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant in respect of accrued annual leave and the claimant is entitled to holiday pay of £400 (5 days’ holiday pay at a rate of £80 per day).[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £480 (2 weeks’ pay).[4]The respondent has failed to pay the employer pension contributions in breach of contract and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £172.80. M Robison
