REASONS

[1]The respondent company has been dissolved. The claimant has not applied to have the company restored to the Register of Companies.[2]On 18 October 2024, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to give written reasons by 25 October 2024 why the claim should not be struck out as it had not been actively pursued. The claimant has failed to give an acceptable reason.[3]The claim is therefore struck out. S MacLean
