[1]The claimant failed to appear at the final hearing fixed on 13 August 2024. There is no record of the claimant having contacted the Tribunal in advance of the hearing to explain why the claimant would be unable to attend. Case Number: 8000615/2024[2]On 13 August 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to give written reasons by 23 August 2024 or to request a hearing in order to consider why the claim should not be struck out. No reply was received from the claimant.[3]The claim is therefore struck out under rule 37(1)(d) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.
