No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under Rule 21.[1]The respondent unlawfully withheld wages from the claimant in the sum of One Thousand Four Hundred and Seven Pounds and Fifty Two Pence (£1407.52). The respondent shall pay the said sum of One Thousand Four Hundred and Seven Pounds and Fifty Two Pence (£1407.52) to the claimant in respect thereof.[2]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent.
