JUDGMENT
A hearing took place on 23 March 2026 at which the claimant sought interim relief. It was apparent from the claimant’s ET1 that he was an agency worker working through the respondent company with Lifescan Scotland Limited. The claimant has insufficient service to make a claim for unfair dismissal. In addition, the remedy of interim relief is limited to “automatically unfair” dismissal and the ET1 discloses no such basis: accordingly, for these reasons the claim for interim relief was refused.
