JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant was employed by the respondent between 1 March 2015 and 1 February 2026 when his employment was terminated without notice on the grounds of redundancy, as a consequence the Tribunal orders-(1) the respondent to pay to the claimant a statutory redundancy payment in the sum of £7,165.40;(2) the respondent made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages in respect of notice pay and the respondent is ordered to pay to the sum of £5,307.70 in respect of 10 weeks of statutory notice;(3) the respondent was in breach of contract in failing to remit employer pension contributions and is ordered to pay compensation of £5,000 to the claimant;(4) the remaining claims of the claimant in respect of the non-payment of tax and national insurance are dismissed as the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to deal with such claims.REASONS
