No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1,007.94. That being the sum of £507.94 deducted from the claimant’s gross pay in addition to a sum of £500 for training fees deducted without authorisation from the claimant.[2]The hearing listed on 20 June 2024 is cancelled.
