No response has been presented to this claim and an Employment Judge has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 21:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1333.32, that sum being £1267.64 (gross pay based on 115.24 hours worked at a rate of £11 per hour) and £65.68 (tips).[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £422.29 (38.89 hours’ annual leave at a rate of £11 per hour, gross).[3]The hearing listed on 14 June 2024 is cancelled.
