JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unfair dismissal against the First Respondent DR Construction Service Ltd alone is well-founded and that the claimant was unfairly dismissed by them. The other claims are dismissed.[2]The claimant is awarded the sum of Five Thousand One Hundred and Seventy One Pounds (£5171) in respect of her claim for unfair dismissal E.T. Z4 (WR) consisting of a Basic Award of £4671.00 and a Compensatory Award for loss of statutory rights of £500.[3]The complaint against the second respondent not being well founded is dismissed.
