JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant is disabled in terms of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010 (the EQA);[2]The respondents discriminated against the claimant on the grounds of her disability contrary to Sections 15 and 20 of the EQA and are ordered to pay compensation of Fifteen Thousand Pounds (£15,000) with interest of 8% from 28 November 2024 of One Thousand, Seven Hundred and Ninety Two Pounds and Forty Pence (£1,792.40);[3]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondents and the respondents are ordered to pay the claimant a monetary award of Three Thousand, One Hundred and Twenty Five Pounds (£3,125); the recoupment provisions do not apply.REASONS
