JUDGMENT
For the reasons given orally at the hearing on 10 May 2024, the claimant’s claim for unlawful deductions from wages succeeds and the Tribunal orders the respondent company to pay the claimant the sum of One Thousand One Hundred and Seventy Nine Pounds and Eight Six pence (£1,179.86) as accrued but unpaid wages. The respondent can satisfy this judgment by paying the sum due net of tax and national insurance (PAYE) provided that they demonstrate to the claimant that they have made the appropriate deductions and have made payment of the relevant sums to HM Revenue and Customs.
