JUDGMENT

The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal delivered orally with reasons on 1 October 2024 was that:(1) The respondent’s address is amended to “5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4AN”;(2) The decision of the Legal Officer (D. Doherty) dated 10 July 2024 in which he refused the respondent’s application for an extension of time to present an ET3 under Rule 20, has been considered afresh at today’s hearing by Employment Judge Kearns under Regulation 10A(2) Employment Tribunals (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013. For the reasons given orally today, the ETZ4(WR) Employment Judge has refused the application with the result that the Judgment of the Employment Tribunal issued on 10 April 2024 stands, subject only to the amendment of the respondent’s address from “1/8 1 Blackfriars Road, Glasgow G1 1PZ” to “5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4AN”.
