JUDGMENT
For the reasons given orally at the hearing on 12 April 2024, the Tribunal finds that the claims are well founded and finds as follows:[1]The respondent company is River Insolvency Limited trading as River Insolvency and the Tribunal allows the claimant to amend the instance to reflect this.[2]The respondent company shall pay to the claimant the following sums:a. The sum of Four Hundred and Twenty Two Pounds and Ninety Five Pence (£422.95) as accrued but unpaid holiday pay; andb. The sum of Two Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty Eight Pounds and Eight Four Pence (£2,638.84) being accrued but unpaid wages for the period 25 October 2024 until 2 November 2024. J Hendry
