Rule 22 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 No response has been presented to this claim by either respondent and Employment Judge O’Donnell has decided to issue the following judgment on the available material under rule 22:[1]The claim against the first respondent has been withdrawn by the claimant and is dismissed under Rule 51.[2]The second respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £129,055.85 (One hundred and twenty-nine thousand, fifty-five pounds and eighty-five pence).[3]The second respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £16,406.25 (Sixteen thousand, four hundred and six pounds, twenty-five pence). 03 August 2026 Date sent to Parties
