JUDGMENT
The claim is struck out under rule 38 of The Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 on the grounds of non-compliance with an order of the Tribunal and that the claim has not been actively pursued, in terms of rules 38(1) (c) and (d).REASONS
[1]On 4 September 2025 the Tribunal wrote to the claimant to provide further information, no reply was received and further reminders were sent to the claimant on 16 and 26 September and 7 October 2025 but no reply was received from the claimant.[2]A strike out warning letter was then issued on 20 October 2025 giving the claimant until 3 November 2025 to respond or give reasons why such a Judgment should not be issued.[3]The claimant has failed to respond or give reasons why such a judgment should not be made or to request a hearing. The Tribunal therefore strikes out the claim.
