The Personal Representative of Mr Colin Dobson (deceased) v Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service and The Home Office: 6300246/2001

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 6300246/2001
The Personal Representative of Mr Colin Dobson (deceased)Claimant1. Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service 2. The Home OfficeRespondent
Employment Judge Slater DateDate 24 April 2018

JUDGMENT

That part of the claimant’s claim which relates to the terms and conditions of his employment as a retained firefighter is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By letters dated 20 and 28 February 2018 the Tribunal gave the claimant’s Personal Representative an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim for terms and conditions should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant’s Personal Representative has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim for terms and condition is therefore struck out.[3]That part of the claimant’s claim which relates to pension entitlement is stayed pending further order.
