EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 6300195/2001, 6300094/2001, 6300250/2001
Mr DM Brown Mr M Canary Mr MG CandonClaimant1. Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service 2. The Home OfficeRespondent
Employment Judge Slater DateDate 24 April 2018

JUDGMENT

That part of the claimants’ claims which relates to the terms and conditions of their employment as a retained firefighter is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 4 April 2018 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim for terms and conditions should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing, or have failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim for terms and condition is therefore struck out.[3]That part of the claimants’ claims which relates to pension entitlement is stayed pending further order.
