JUDGMENT

That part of the claimants’ claims which relates to the term and conditions of their employment as a retained firefighter is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 29 January 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claims for terms and conditions should not be struck out because they have not been actively pursued.[2]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing, or have failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claims for terms and conditions are therefore struck out.[3]That part of the claimants’ claims which relates to pension entitlement is stayed pending further order.
