JUDGMENT
That part of the claimants’ claims which relates to the terms and conditions of their employment as a retained firefighter are struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 24 October 2017 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim for terms and conditions should not be struck out because they have not been actively pursued.[2]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing, or have failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim for terms and conditions are therefore struck out.[3]That part of the claimants’ claims which relates to pension entitlement is stayed pending further order.
