[1]The correct name of the respondent is 7 TM Ltd (in creditors voluntary liquidation), and the Tribunal records shall be amended accordingly.[2]After considering the information available to me and making all practicable enquiries, I find that the claimant was aware of the date, time and location of the hearing and find that the claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal and breach of the Working Time Regulations 1998 are dismissed for non-attendance.
