JUDGMENT
Following clarification of the amounts claimed, the decision of the tribunal pursuant to Rule 22 of The Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 is that:(1) The claim for unpaid holiday pay (s.13 Employment Rights Act 1996) succeeds in the sum of £840.05 (112 days/365 x 8 x £12.21 per hour). The respondent must pay that sum to the claimant by 24 August 2026.(2) The claim for unpaid wages (s.13 Employment Rights Act 1996) succeeds in the sum of £448.40 (40 hours x £12.21). The respondent must pay that sum to the claimant by 24 August 2026.
