The complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out.REASONS
[1]The Tribunal wrote to the claimant on 20 January 2026 warning her that the Tribunal was considering striking out the complaint of unfair dismissal. That was because she did not have the necessary two years’ service at the date of her dismissal.[2]The date for a reply, 26 January 2026, has now passed, and no response has been received.[3]That part of the claim is therefore struck out. The rest of the claim is not affected by this judgment. The remaining claims are for sums owed on dismissal.
