JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant failed to comply with the Tribunal’s orders to produce a schedule of loss, file of documents or witness statement and failed to attend the hearing.[2]After considering the information available to me and noting that the claimant has never communicated with the Tribunal following the submission of her claim, the claim is dismissed under Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 for non-attendance. Case Number: 3200264/2023[3]Had I not dismissed the claim under Rule 47, I would have struck it out for not having any reasonable prospect of success; the unreasonable manner in which the claim has been conducted; for noncompliance with the Rules and orders of the Tribunal; for failure to actively pursue the claim; and because I consider that it was no longer possible to have fair hearing in respect of the claim under Rule 38.
