[1]The claim for unfair dismissal is struck out as the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claim.REASONS
[1]The claimant brings a claim of unfair dismissal. Under S108 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear his claim, as he did not have two years of service.[2]The claimant was issued with a strike out warning and asked to provide his reasons as to why the claim should not be struck out. CASE NUMBER 6045287/2025[3]The reasons provided by the claimant do not set out any basis upon which he says the Tribunal has jurisdiction and simply focuses upon the impact his dismissal has had upon him.[4]Accordingly there is no Jurisdiction to hear the claim. The claim is struck out.[5]The remaining claims brought by the claimant are unaffected by this decision.
