JUDGMENT
[1]The following claims for unauthorised deductions from wages and/or breach of contract, as indicated below, succeed,a. the claim for unpaid wages from 1 May 2025 to 12 November 2025 in the sum of £24,423.28 (unauthorised deductions from wages and/or breach of contract),b. the claim for accrued untaken holiday pay for the period1 May 2025 to 12 November 2025 (17.5 days), in the sum of £3,052.91 (unauthorised deductions from wages and/or breach of contract),c. the claim for unpaid severance pay under clause 13.5d of the claimant’s contract of employment, in the sum of £30,000 (breach of contract),d. the claim for unpaid ‘breach of data handling’ under clause 21.4b of the claimant’s contract of employment, in the sum of £10,000 (breach of contract),e. the claim for the unpaid home office allowance under clause 6.2b of the claimant’s contract of employment, in the sum of £487.50 (breach of contract). 1 of 2 Case Number: 6042674/2025 REMEDY The total compensation is £67,963.69.[2]The first £30,000 is tax exempt, the balance is grossed up.[3]Therefore the respondent shall p[ay to the claimant the sum of £67,963.69
