JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that the Claimant’s claims were validly settled under a settlement agreement dated 1 October 2024 that complied with the provisions of section 203(3) Employment Rights Act 1996 and section 147 Equality Act 2010. The Tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s claims, and they are dismissed. Employment Judge A.
