JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent accepts that it owes the claimant outstanding wages in the gross sum of £149.63. This is for 10.5 hours’ work at the hourly rate of £14.25. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant this agreed sum. The claimant will be responsible for satisfying all tax liabilities owed on this sum.[2]The claim for a further outstanding sum of £35.63 (that being for a disputed 2.5 hours of work) fails and is dismissed. In short, the claimant has produced no evidence that supports this part of the claim. Rather, the documentary evidence before the Tribunal supports that the claimant was only owed 10.5 hours of outstanding pay and not the 13 hours claimed. Approved by:
