JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented in the Midlands West Employment Tribunal on 15 October 2025. The Respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant £2,011.95 gross.[3]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the Claimant £1,680.00 gross.[4]The Respondent is found to be in breach of contract for failing to pay employer pension contributions. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £60.36 in respect of this breach.[5]The total amount payable to the Claimant is £3752.31 less deductions for tax and national insurance.[6]The hearing listed on 23 June 2026 is cancelled.
