JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s complaints that the respondent was in breach of contract by not paying him for his notice period and by not paying him holiday pay were presented outside the limitation period in article 7 of the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England & Wales) Order 1994 where it was reasonably practicable for the claims to have been presented in time.[2]Accordingly, the claims in paragraph 1 are struck out as the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear them.[3]Alternatively: 3.1 The claimant resigned from his employment without notice on 2 April 2025 and has no entitlement to be paid for the notice period. 3.2. The claimant was paid for any holiday entitlement outstanding as at 2 April 2025. Approved by
