[1]By a letter dated 11 February 2026, the tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity by 11 March 2026 to make representations or to request a hearing at which to do so, as to why the claims should not be struck out on the basis that(1) they appeared to have been the subject of a binding determination by an Employment Tribunal so that they are res judicata, and(2) even if they are not res judicata, they have been brought long out of time with no apparent reason for the delay in making them.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations why this should not be done or to request a hearing.
