JUDGMENT
Following a discussion at the hearing about the amounts due to the claimant during her employment with the respondent including overtime, the amounts received during and since that employment and the amount being claimed by HMRC from the claimant for alleged underpaid tax; and upon the respondent agreeing not to pursue the claimant for any alleged overpayment; and the claimant subsequently agreeing to formally withdraw the claims: (1) The claims for failure to provide pay slips and for unpaid wages (ss 8 and 13 Employment Rights Act 1996), are dismissed on withdrawal.
