[1]This claim, together with a notice of today’s hearing, was served on both parties on 11 September 2025.[2]Any response was due to be filed at the Tribunal by 9 October 2025. None has been received.[3]Further, the Tribunal wrote to the claimant on 24 January 2026 asking him to reply within 14 days providing the full and correct name of his former employer. No reply has been received nor any further correspondence from the claimant.[4]In the absence of the attendance of the claimant at today’s hearing and his Case Number: 6033584/2025 failure to reply to the Tribunal’s letter dated 24 January 2026, the claim is dismissed as it is no longer being actively pursued.
