JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages in June 2025 in the amount of £3,087.79.[2]The Respondent partially corrected that unauthorised deduction by a payment it made to him in the amount of £2,458.79 on 28 January 2026.[3]The Respondent is ORDERED to pay to the Claimant the balancing sum of £629 net.[4]The Claimant must account to HMRC for any income tax and employee’s National Insurance contributions he owes on any sums paid to him pursuant to this judgment.
