[1]The claimant was not paid for outstanding holiday entitlement on the date of termination. The respondent must pay the claimant the agreed gross sum of £480.76 for holiday pay that was outstanding on termination of the claimant’s employment.[2]The claimant was not paid notice pay. The respondent must pay the claimant the agreed gross sum of £1,201.90 for breach of contract.[3]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages. The respondent must pay the claimant the gross sum £1,442.28 for unlawful deductions from wages.[4]The respondent must pay the total gross sum of £3,124.94.[5]The above figures are gross figures. The claimant will be responsible for ensuring that any tax liabilities are satisfied from the above payments. Approved by:
