JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £390.00 gross, subject to tax and national insurance, in respect of unpaid wages due to the claimant at the termination of his employment;[2]The complaint about holiday pay is well-founded. The respondent shall pay to the claimant, the sum of £341.25 gross, subject to tax and national insurance, in respect of accrued outstanding holiday entitlement due to the claimant at the termination of his employment;[3]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to notice pay is well-founded. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £419.86, as damages for lack of notice;[4]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to expenses is well-founded. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £220.00, in respect of outstanding unpaid expenses;[5]The complaint of unfair dismissal is dismissed because the claimant lacks the necessary 2 years’ qualifying service to bring such a complaint, pursuant to section 108 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
