JUDGMENT

[1]The correct name of the respondent to these proceedings is “Peacock Taverns Limited" and the claim is amended accordingly.[2]It was not reasonably practicable for the claimant to present her claim for breach of contract within the time limit contained in the Extension of Jurisdiction Order 1994 (as extended under section 18A of the Employment Tribunals Act 1996) and the claim was presented within such period as was reasonable. Accordingly, the Tribunal has jurisdiction to hear it.[3]The claims for holiday pay and unpaid wages were presented within the time limits (as extended under section 18A of the Employment Tribunals Act 1996) contained in the Working Time Regulations 1996 and Employment Rights Act 1996 respectively.[4]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £1307.70 gross. Case Number: 6032235/2025[5]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent must pay damages to the claimant of £653.85[6]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the claimant £3013 gross.[7]In breach of contract the respondent has failed to reimburse to the claimant expenses of £525.76 and is ordered to pay her that sum.[8]The respondent must pay the claimant £5500.31 in total.
