[1]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by failing to pay the Claimant the full amount of wages due for March and one week in April 2025 and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £7127.30 being the total gross sum deducted.[2]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by deducting pension contributions but not paying them to the pension provider and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1820.09 being the total sum deducted.[3]The Claimant’s complaint of holiday pay is dismissed upon withdrawal.
