JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's final pay slip of £1,432.25. The respondent shall pay the claimant £1,432.25 within 21 days of the date of this Judgment.[2]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages in relation to holiday pay is well founded but the sum is included in paragraph 1 above so no separate award is made.[3]The claimant’s claim for wrongful dismissal (notice pay) is not well founded and fails.[4]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to deal with any other claim.
