JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim of breach of contract in relation to a loan agreement is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claim in relation to unpaid holiday pay is well-founded and succeeds. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £553.84 (four days at £138.46 per day), subject to the usual deductions for tax and National Insurance.[3]The Claimant’s claim of breach of contract in relation to payment for his Practising Certificate is well founded and succeeds. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £332.00.[4]The Claimant’s claim breach of contract in relation notice pay is wellfounded and succeeds.
