JUDGMENT
Upon Mr Williams confirming he has been instructed to concede the claimant is owed the sum of £15,557.24 in respect of arrears of pay and for holidays accrued but not taken as at the date the claimant’s employment ended[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in the 3-month period ending with the claimant’s effective date of termination on 17th April 2025.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant £15,557.24, which is the gross sum deducted. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance. Approved by:
