It is the Judgment of the Tribunal that the claimant’s claims for unauthorised deductions from wages and holiday pay are well-founded and succeed. The respondent had not replied to the claim and Rule 22(3) applied. The respondent is Ordered to pay the following sums to the claimant and a declaration of unauthorised deduction from wages is made: Underpayment of the national minimum wage of £2,287.94; Failure to pay holiday pay £592; and Page 1 of 2 Case Number: 6028067/2025 Under s.24(2) Employment Rights Act 1996 the sum of £1,229 which the claimant owes to the DWP in respect of Universal Credit.
